Mr. Ismail Abdelaziz is a dynamic and personable executive with extensive technical expertise and strong business acumen. He has a proven track record of leading profitable business ventures, supported by over thirty years of experience in strategic analysis and planning, business development, contract negotiations, sales and marketing, program management, and engineering services for multinational companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Abdelaziz has played pivotal roles in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and talent management, including hiring, mentoring, and retaining key personnel. His ability to adapt to the demands of any position has consistently led to successful outcomes.

Mr. Abdelaziz brings significant domestic and international experience, having worked with major U.S. aerospace and telecommunications companies such as ITT, Harris, Northrop Grumman, Astronics, and Summit Helicopters.

Since joining Waivtec, Mr. Abdelaziz has led the Business Development group with a focus on strategically positioning the company’s sensor system products and solutions in relevant markets. He has also been instrumental in developing and promoting strategies to expand the company’s customer portfolio.

Mr. Abdealziz holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College.
